How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped out from our warehouse in Calgary – you’ll receive an email with the tracking number which will allow you to track your package.

I’m sending a gift, can you make it look pretty?
Of course! Just leave us a note in the “other comments” box on the Cart page and we’ll make sure the gift is wrapped up and ready to impress.
If you have special delivery instructions, please email us at email@example.com and include your order number in the email.
Shoot! I made a mistake with my order.
No problem! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +14039226330 with what you’d like to change and leave us with your phone number so we can call you back to confirm before we ship. If you’re adding items, we’ll also need your credit card number again since we don’t store payment information for your security!

Can I return my products?
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they have not been opened. Promotional items and sale items cannot be returned
